As I did 10 years ago, I drove northward from Sedona, AZ and stopped at Oak Creek Vista along state highway 89A. After walking from the parking lot, I took this photo looking westward, which shows some of the highway as it winds up a hill.
This is the view toward the south, looking back toward Sedona.
Finally, this view toward the east shows the canyon further upstream along Oak Creek. I'm pretty sure that I took the same shot 10 years ago.
I then returned to my temporary rented Bigfootmobile and drove to another canyon. Pictures from there will be posted very soon.
