Tuesday Things

Another Tuesday, another load of things going on:

From Voice Of Europe, radical Islam increases in Sweden, including children taught to hate the West.

From Sputnik International, the leader of the French region Hauts-de-France wants direct Brexit talks between the U.K. and France.

From the Express, U.K. politician Nigel Farage gives his recommendations on how to break the current deadlock over Brexit.  (As I may have stated before, Farage is a member of the European Parliament, and would thus lose his job whenever Brexit is finalized.)

From the Daily Mail, the Libyan coast guard intercepts a boat laden with 160 migrants.

From the NL Times, the commander of the Amsterdam fire department is targeted by death threats.

From the Middle East Monitor, French politician Marine Le Pen wants her country to stop issuing visas to Algerians until Algeria turns over a convicted terrorist.

From The Slovak Spectator, a Russian motorcycle club establishes a branch in Slovakia.

From Russia Today, atheist Richard Dawkins is called "racist" for preferring to hear church bells rather than the call to Islamic prayer.  (Would any Arab in the Middle East be similarly accused, by his fellow Arabs, for the opposite preference?  Somehow, I don't think so.)

From Palestinian Media Watch, the Palestinian Authority claims that Palestinians have a "right" to kill Israelis.

From Third Sector, police arrest the senior staff and seize weapons found an Islamic school in Chiselhurst, London, England.

From The News, muftis in Pakistan issue a fatwa declaring that voting for a candidate with bad character is a sin.  (I'd say that by that standard, we Americans would have a very difficult time avoiding sin in the voting booth.)

From FrontpageMag, how Islam and Mohammed were portrayed before the age of political correctness.

From AhlulBayt News Agency, Russian President Putin blames civilian casualties in Syria on terrorist groups.

From National Review, President Trump did not have to meet with President Putin.

From Accuracy In Media, the mainstream media says that Putin owned Trump in Helsinki, but does not explain how.

From The Federalist, "does the Trump-Putin relationship matter?"

From Townhall, "immigrants change cultures".

From LifeNews, the doctor who discovered Down syndrome had his own way of describing unborn babies.

From Fox News, archaeologists in Jordan find, but do not eat, 14,000-year-old bread.

From The Daily Caller, Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller will grant immunity to five witnesses in the trail of Paul Manafort.

From LifeZette, a pro football player leads bystanders in an effort to rescue a man trapped in his car.

From Page Six, Anthony Bourdain mentioned killing himself nearly 20 times, which his girlfriend reportedly did not know about.

From Fox 5, a Virginia man calls the police after being fouled in a basketball game.  (via the New York Post)

From Hot Hardware, two new laptops are "aluminum-clad powerhouses".

And from the Los Angeles Times, the bear necessities include cooling off in a pool.
