President Trump has revealed that his second Supreme Court nominee is Brett Kavanaugh, who has served on the federal appeals court in Washington, DC since 2006. He had previously worked for Kenneth Starr during his investigation of President Bill Clinton, and also in the White House during the presidency of George Bush the Younger.
