A Few Late Things For Tuesday

Now that I've run around on a cool Tuesday with some light rain, here are some things going on:

From National Review, the angry mob who gathered outside a Jewish-owned store in Philadelphia are nutjobs.

From FrontpageMag, those who claim to fight against Big Brother are the real Big Brother.

From Townhall, to steal a line from Deep Purple, "some stupid with a flare gun burned the place to the ground".

From The Washington Free Beacon, at a congressional hearing on antisemitism, Ivy League schools show their hypocrisy on free speech.

From the Washington Examiner, the Village Board of Manteno, Illinois gives the green light to an electric vehicle factory that will be Chinese-owned.

From The Federalist, don't blame Senator Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) for dropping his protest against the Pentagon's abortion policy, but instead blame his feckless Republican colleagues.  (What, exactly, is this "feck" that these GOPers lack?  Too bad that it sounds like another word that begins with "f".)

From American Thinker, President Biden would have been a perfect subject for writer Charles Dickens.

From MRCTV, the left throws tantrums over "misgendering".

From NewsBusters, journalist Michael Shellenberger claims that left-wing billionaires George Soros and Michael Bloomberg want energy to be scarce.

From Canada Free Press, civilization needs fossil fuels.

From TCW Defending Freedom, the climate mob's bad science needs to be addressed.

From The Daily Sceptic, can't the U.K.'s politicians see the damage they are doing by pursuing Net Zero?  (This article comes via Snouts in the Trough, because this article and SitT have the same author.)

From The Jerusalem Post, British police investigate a claim that Jewish children were not allowed to board a bus.

From Gatestone Institute, can the Palestinian Authority be "revitalized"?

From The Stream, happy talk from the West is dangerous.

From BizPac Review, a former member of the Mexican mafia "kind of laughed" at the supposed motive of the prisoner who allegedly tried to stab former officer Derek Chauvin to death.

From The Western Journal, congresscritter Patrick McHenry (R-NC) announces his retirement, to the delight of some of his right-wing colleagues.

And from the Rolling Stone, musician Denny Laine, of the Moody Blues and Wings, goes to Rock 'n' Roll Heaven.
