Rainday Links

Technically, today is Sunday, but it's been raining all day, and is expected to continue raining into the night.  Therefore, I'm calling today "Rainday".  It's also cooler than normal, so it seems that global warming/climate change is taking a day off.  So here on Rainday are some things going on:

From U.S. News & World Report, a right-wing party appears to have won the parliamentary elections in Mrs. Trump's homeland.

From Flanders News, in and around Brussels, 48,000 people are employed by international institutions.

From Eurasia Review, is the E.U. headed for a civil war?

From The Herald, a Scottish Muslim writer is threatened with beheading for claiming that the Ramadan fast is not in the Koran.

From BBC News, Britain holds a minute of silence for the victims of the London Bridge terror attack a year ago.

From Fox 5, a woman is in custody after allegedly firing shots near the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon in San Diego.  (via Fox News)

From PoliZette, according to U.S. National Economic Council Director Larry Kudlow, Canadian Prime Minister Trudeau is overreacting to President Trump's tariffs.

From Scott Adams' Blog, "how to end racism".

From Townhall, the arrest of Tommy Robinson shows that the U.K. needs to get rid of its political correctness.

And from the New York Post, these NYPD cops aren't horsing around.
