Judge Amy Coney Barrett Confirmed To The Supreme Court
Earlier this evening, the Senate voted 52-48 to confirm the nomination of Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. Senator Susan Collins of Maine cast the only Republican vote against her. Barrett was later sworn in, on her Constitutional Oath, by Associate Justice Clarence Thomas. Chief Justice John Roberts is expected to administer her Judicial Oath tomorrow.
